- Stephanie Wunder leads the work on sustainable diets at Agora Agriculture - The think tank for food, agriculture, and forestry – since 2022. She previously worked at the Ecologic Institute as the Coordinator of Sustainable Food Systems and Land Use Policy for over 15 years. Stephanie has worked on numerous national and European projects at the science-policy interface on issues related to the transformation of food systems, including the reduction of food waste, the promotion of plant-based diets, and the design of national and regional food strategies.
