Welcome to the Nature of Cities Festival 2024! A gathering to get inspired, to learn, to present, collaborate, or to meet hundreds of new best friends and urban nature co-conspirators. The Berlin segment is an all-inclusive multi-day experience featuring field-trips, in person talks, workshops, art interventions, a film festival, Farm-to-Table dinners, various opportunities for socializing, and much more. All of it takes place at the Atelier Gardens venue, and various other locations around Berlin.

As a biologist and anthropologist with a background in design and architecture, my ambition is to lead and articulate groundbreaking projects focused on climatic adaptation, biodiversity regeneration and social justice. I plan to utilize my experience in interactive and co-creative workshops to foster innovative research and design in these areas. My goal is to integrate ecological and climatic considerations with urban development, creating resilient spaces that address the challenges of climate change while promoting social equity. I am committed to leading interdisciplinary teams in designing solutions that not only conserve biodiversity but also support socially just urban environments addressing and understanding communities needs. By blending my expertise in biodiversity conservation with a keen focus on climate adaptation and social justice, I aim to contribute to building sustainable, equitable, and adaptable urban landscapes in the most biodiverse country in the world.
