Hi, I am Devansh currently based out of Dubai, UAE. In my role as a Senior Urban Planner working at AECOM (Urban Infrastructure & Engineering Consulting), I leverage my expertise in urban planning and design to craft comprehensive, inclusive, and sustainable spaces for diverse communities. With a professional journey spanning over eight years, I've actively participated in a range of projects across Asia and the Middle East, including feasibility studies, master plans, policy analysis, and engaging with stakeholders and the public.
My overarching goal is to drive urban resilience and climate adaptation by integrating natural infrastructure and fostering participatory processes. As a Curator for The Nature of Cities (TNOC) Festival, I've played a key role in promoting transdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration among urbanists, contributing to the knowledge and practice of creating green cities. Additionally, my experience as a Project Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University involved researching resilient and inclusive cities in the Asia-Pacific region.
I'm fueled by a passion for learning from and sharing insights with fellow urban enthusiasts who share a common vision of building better cities that prioritize nature and the well-being of all people.
