Registration feesTNOC Festival is committed to working to lower barriers to participation at our events. Below is a list of registration options available for both the Virtual and In-person festival segments. Please note that some options are limited by either, capacity or date.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS AT TNOC FESTIVAL
Lowering barriers to participation
OPTION 1
BERLIN + VIRTUAL Festival Ticket (in person 3-7 June and virtual 15-26 April)
Berlin+Virtual festival ticket gets you access to:
- all sessions in the 10-day virtual festival segment in April (15 - 26 April)
- all session in the 5-day In-person festival segment in Berlin (3-7 June)
- daily catered lunch courtesy of eco-caterer Roots Radicals
- all plenaries, sessions, field-trips, film-screenings, activities, etc.
*Farm-to-table dinner and festival party tickets are not included; they are special tickets.
BERLIN + VIRTUAL FESTIVAL TICKET CATEGORIES- Early Bird (100 limit, before March 1) 400€
- Regular (after 1 March) 500€
- Late (After 1 June) 600€
- Global South 350€
- Student* 300€
Student includes: Elementary, Secondary, B.A, M.A, PhD, Post-Doc)
There are options for free or reduced-price entry. Just ask.
OPTION 21 DAY BERLIN FESTIVAL TICKET 150€The one-day Berlin festival ticket gets you access to:
- One festival day of your choice during the Berlin in-person segment including:
- Catered lunch and coffee breaks by eco-caterer Roots Radicals
- All plenaries, sessions, field-trips, film-screenings, activities, etc.
- Free access to the virtual segment of the festival
OTHER OPTIONSFREE ACTIVITIES AT TNOC FESTIVAL- All Field-trips during the Berlin festival segment are free of charge for all to join. Sign-up at registration. Space is limited.
- Over 750+ tickets are reserved for free entry for the Virtual festival segment for attendees who need it. Attendees can apply for free entry at the festival registration site: www.tnoc-festival.com
FREE Berlin Festival Entry and Travel Assistance ProgramALL festival speakers, session organizers, and co-applicants are welcome to apply for our Free Entry and Travel Assistance Program.
You can apply for:
- Free or lower entry to the Virtual and or Berlin festival segments
- Partial or full coverage of low carbon travel options to attend the Berlin segment Ex.,(Europe (train + air), International (air), etc.)
- Partial or full coverage of affordable accommodation in Berlin

FREE Virtual Festival EntryEveryone is welcome to apply for free virtual festival entry.
NOTE: If you are a session leader or co-collaborator/applicant organizing a session in the virtual segment of the Festival, you will have been sent a coupon for free access to the virtual part of the festival. Please use this code, in place of applying through this form.
